we would like to inform you that on March 1, 2023 there was a transformation of the general partnership under the name: Firma Piekarz spółka jawna into a limited liability company, which from March 1, 2023 operates under the name: Firma Piekarz spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością .
Firma Piekarz spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością shall be entitled to all rights and obligations hitherto vested in Firma Piekarz spółka jawna.
Transformation into Firma Piekarz spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością only results in a change in the legal form of business and will not in any way adversely affect cooperation with you. All of our existing obligations will be performed by Firma Piekarz spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, as the transformed limited liability company remains a party to the contracts previously concluded by Firma Piekarz spółka jawna.
Our NIP and REGON numbers will remain unchanged. So do the bank account numbers.
Only the name and KRS number have changed.
