Returns

Withdrawal from the contract

The possibility to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product is available to consumers under the rules described in terms and conditions of the piekarz.pl store.

In order to withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to submit a declaration of withdrawal, a model of which is available HERE. The use of the model declaration is not mandatory. Sending the declaration before the deadline of 14 days is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The consumer is obliged to return the product immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which he or she has withdrawn from the contract, to the following address:

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the product before its expiration.

The money due will be returned to the consumer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement. If the Seller has not offered to collect the product from the consumer itself, it may withhold the refund of payments received from the consumer until it receives the product back or the consumer provides proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
